Josh had to come 2 times to replace a kitchen window in our motorhome wreaking of alcohol and hungover (wish I had chased him off) he apparently cut the glass to big, when I opened the window it broke. I texted him before opening the window about fixing another window (he was the only option at that time) and he ghosted me, when I contacted him about the window breaking he ghosted me again. Please do not use this business, he does not know what he is doing and when you call him to fix his mistakes he will ghost you.
We arrived at Mesa Regal RV park in Mesa Az. on March 11 , 2026 after we hooked up my wife noticed our window had detached from our Tiffin class A. I ultimately found Josh on the internet via RV Glass. I called he answered and was able to come that day 3 hrs later and set up the repair for the next day. He arrived 5 minutes early on each meeting and removed and replaced our 400 lb. windshield quickly. Precision RV Glass LLC provided exceptional service from start to finish. We contacted them about several fogged windows in our motorhome caused by failed seals, and to our surprise, Joshua (the owner) returned our call within minutes. Even more impressive, he came out to our RV park the very same morning. Within a couple of hours, he had four windows repaired.
