For anyone on the fence about taking this class, don't be! You control the tread, so there is nothing to fear! Class flew by and I can't wait for my next class!
Probably the nicest tread I’ve ever seen. I was lucky I was the only one in class making it super hands on and personable. The run it difficult but doable and you should feel uncomfortable. The amenities and ambiance is perfect and the staff are friendly. Looking forward to my next run!
