very unprofessional, did very little and promised if we continued to have rodent problems we would be refunded. We contacted Carlos several times and were promised a refund per the agreement. We have been waiting for over 3 months and no refund and he won't even return our calls. Do not do business with Precision Rodent Proofing.

Inspected property. Carlos, a very nice fellow, was to get back to me about sealing property doors.Took 3 requests to get an estimate, but I was sent someone else’s estimate. Then Brenda asked me to take photos of my property, but Carlos had already taken several photos during the inspection. Then Brenda told me they are not able seal the uneven doors. So I requested just traps and clean up. No further response from Precision Rodent regarding this request. Carlos apologized profusely for oversights after reading my review.

Carlos And his crew are great. Very attentive. They are great to work with.
