Could not get an a straight answer out of the offshore Filipino call center. She kept repeating herself off a script written and it was very frustrating. So I couldn’t get the answers I needed to make the $500 consultation appointment for my family member who needs PRP injections. Very disappointing. I recommend that this company hires a proper manager who can navigate questions appropriately.
