Had one of their M84 gas busters and the latch pivot pin sheared after roughly 8k rds. They had me ship it in, repaired it and shipped it back all for free. Great customer service

Great company, always quality parts and fantastic service. Just found out they're HQ'd about 30 minutes from my house so that's pretty neat to learn.
Bought one of the first PRI gas busting charging handles. Used it for years and years. Latch busted. Contacted them and they swapped it out for a new. Incredible customer service
I will make another rating, once I have seen the product, but these guys get a 5 star, simply for their pricing, while nearly everyone else is gouging in difficult times. If quality is good, I will definitely be buying more products. #2A #supportsmallbusiness
