The office admin was lovely. The doctor was friendly enough. The nurse was the most unprofessional thing I've honestly ever seen. Maybe she was having an off day but she yelled at me, slammed her hands on the desk and put her head in her hands. All because I didn't finish filling out my paperwork. The office manager apologized but I'd expect them to have the nurse reach out to apologize after cooling down. No one followed up. I switched to Penn after this.
