I am a subcontractor that does work for Steven Farley and they are by far. Some of the best contractors I have worked around. I would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs.
They did a great job on all the little projects that I didn’t have time to tackle. They painted, repaired a pergola, and installed a barn door. When repairing the pergola, there was additional issues with rotten supports. Mike repaired all the issues with no issues. The best work was installing an old barn door that came from a family barn. They framed and installed door and it turned out GREAT! Give them a shout!
My wife and I needed some work done on a remodel project at our home. I was working in California and reached out and stressed the importance of getting it done as soon as possible so we could get our house on the market for sale. They delivered a great product and were there when they said they would be.
We were in DIRE need of a contractor to help us finish a shower, and needed it done quickly. Not only did Precision Property Concepts get the job done efficiently, but as you can see in the photo - the finished product is GORGEOUS! We were so pleased and can’t recommend this company enough! If you are considering hiring someone for your home remodel, look no further than PPC.
Can’t recommend Stephen and his team enough! I had them out to do board and baton on a wall for my nursery (not yet painted). Wonderful job, very professional and easy to work with. I will be calling them for all my future needs! Thank you guys SO much! Best team around!!!!
