I don’t do PCI inspections very often these days but a friend of mine asked me to go over a house his builder had just finished for him. What a house! Just finished a development of 5 townhouses in Balwyn North with Precision Projects. The build has turned out amazing! Highest quality, head and shoulders above anything else in the area. A great mix of experienced, diverse and quality sub contractors and a management team that make up what I consider one of the last honest and professional builders in the industry. The guy is absolutely out of his mind. He abused and shouted at me expressing such anger for no apparent reason and left my son terrified. If you're looking at hiring him, this is the type of person you're about to deal with
