So nice to find someone who actually cares. In Colorado. Alan sent competent technician and used video to work together to fix all the critical issues. Alan knows all Prevost concerns, as well as issues with the conversion. What a great fella! This is a fella that needs to be a part of every Provost owner's life!🤩
After dealing with, or attempting to deal with several RV repair facilities in the Denver area, and spending a weekend in a parking lot, for appt on Monday, that didn't happen, ALLEN CAME TO THE RESCUE. we meet up and he spent the time, shared his knowledge and resolved our issue. In Denver often, but when able, Allen will be our go to for any needed work on our coach. Will be worth the wait as long as the problem doesn't prevent us from traveling. Thanks again Allen
I must say I have seen some things in life that make me say WOW! This here takes the cake! I have never met Alan before and last minute was flying out to Salt Lake City to look at a coach. I searched around and found Precision Prevost and took a long shot at seeing if he could grab a flight and meet me the next morning in Salt Lake City.
