Brought my motorcycle over to get it safetied. Excellent customer service from start (phone) to finish! I've been on other shops which made me feel unwelcomed (as if the customers owe them their service). I met Lorraine from service dept, and Jacob who's a great tech. Did some quick consult as well and best of all, some friendly conversations on the side. Very warm and welcoming folks, they took care of my bike and accommodated my limited sched availability.
