Amazing customer service. My family is Hispanic and the service was incredible, they even speak spanish. They helped me lower costs, see alternative options, and even gave me their point of view, and solutions to problems. The people are very charismatic and explained everything very thoroughly, making sure that everyone was on the same page and able to understand what was going on. 100/10 recommend to anyone, looking to have a nice and affordable pool built for them. Our experience with Precision Pools was outstanding. The entire team was very helpful through every phase of the process. I would without reservation recommend anyone looking to have an unground pool put in to contact Precision Pools. Outstanding customer service.
Just recently finished building my pool with Precision Pools & Spas after 4 months of messy yard my pool is breathtaking. the process was easy going and the staff super friendly and professional they have a scheduler, and a foreman for each area their jobs are located at, they take care of you as if they were building their own pool.. I wish I could upload pictures of my pool, and the quality of the materials , equipment and workmanship
We had our pool started in Aug 2022, lots of missed communication between Scheduler and the contractors. They would be scheduled to show up and one of us would take off of work to be home and no one would actually show. When they did some of the contractors left trash and razor blades around the yard. I have small kids and dogs that could have sliced their foot on. We did report that to the company but guess was over looked. There was overspray from the acrylic paint for the decking all over my sliding glass doors and patio ... read more
