We needed an above ground 21× 52 replacement beaded liner installed that I purchased from a pool retailer on Amazon. Precision asked me a few important questions about the pool and then emailed me the quote. They came out the next day to drain the pool and start the install. I do not usually write poor reviews, but this experience was time consuming, frustrating and insulting. First, I was charged $250.00 deposit for a service call before coming to my home. My service call was for a pool heater and a leak in my filter. I bought a gasket from Leslie two weeks prior for $59.99 for the leak in the filter and it was still leaking. We were having a problem with our above ground pool. I called Precision Pool and spoke with Cindy who couldn’t be any nicer. Dean and his crew were at our house in less than an hour. Fixed everything and gave us great advice. Hat a wonderful company.
Hi, just had a new heater and liner installed. They did excellent work. Also, they mailed me back a check once all the work was done due to some material not being needed. Highly recommend.
Precision Pools replaced my pool liner that was damaged by a different contractor. The replacement liner had an issue for which I contacted Percision about. Percision was quick to respond and promptly corected the problem. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, customer service, and overall quality of service. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs.
