After purchasing a used Polaris cleaner from Jacob on Craigslist it broke after less then 6 months. After trying for months to get him to fix it he finally came and got it. I also offered to just bring it to him. It's now been almost 4 months that he has had it and refuses to respond to calls, emails or texts during that time. At this point I'd be happy with the broken cleaner back. This is ridiculous. Just man up and return it!
