I have an inground 20 x 40 Pool and over the years. I’ve struggled with different issues, when these guys showed up, they just took care of everything, they truly are a master of their craft! I’ve had this pool since 2006 and this is the absolute best my Pool has ever ran, I can’t say enough about these guys. I've had the guys from Precision Pool and Spa over to open my pool this spring and to fix a leaky pump issue a few weeks later. They were particularly helpful, when the initial fix for the pump - the one I diagnosed, and asked for - did not solve the problem. They came back the next day and were able to diagnose and repair the pump. Aaron has taken the time to teach me a lot about my new-to-me pool.
I scheduled an appointment with this company to repair my pool heater. They scheduled the date a week later but were unable to assign a time. This caused me to have to take a day off of work to sit and wait for them to show up. I called them the morning of the appointment to see if they could share a time and no one answered the phone.
