Art is AWESOME!
Highly recommended! Professional affordable and care about their customers! The technician was unfortunately in an accident on the way to our appointment and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of asap!! The windshield they fixed looks amazing and I will be back for any window issue I have with my car!!
Called to get help w a windshield replacement (took a baseball to the windshield an hour away from home on a Sunday when nothing is open) and initially Art referred me to another business w a personal referral because they were backed up. When I called back because the other business was closed, Art was kind enough to take a minute to help offer some possible solutions. So appreciate that, when it sounds like he was busy and I wasn’t even a customer. Don’t find that type of service too often these days. Highly recommend.
I got a nasty chip on my front windshield and wanted to get it taken care of before cracks started. I found Precision Pointe on Google and got same day repair in my driveway. Art’s communication on time of arrival was as good as you can ask for and his explanation of the type of chip and the repair needed was thorough. Highly recommend and am keeping the contact for future windshield repair.
Arthur was quick to meet up around 5 on a Sunday totake care of our needs - friendly and efficient. We’re extremely pleased with the service we will continue using Precision Pointe as they have a great returning customer program
