I have been waiting to get response for an appointment for windshield replacement on my Honda insight car and paid for it on August 4 with my credit card to owner at parking lot in New Braunfels, Texas near Walnut Avenue. It is frustrating for me by not getting response about setting an appointment. Please solve this serious issue and problems Kathleen Francis

Had a windshield wiper on 35 fly up and hit my windshield. Had a pretty good mark that burst out all around. Did a search for glass repair and precision pointe had great reviews! Called and talked to the owner Art, he was awesome and so helpful for me to understand my options after sending pictures. I was at work and he came over and had it filled in super fast and efficient! Had a significant rock chip. Owner came out same day. Super friendly! Windshield looks great!
No call, no showed twice after scheduling a time with him. Whet started as a small chip ended up cracking across my entire windshield due to the heat. No longer fixable. I could have called someone else if I had known he would ghost me! Edited to include screenshots since they clearly have me confused with someone else.
