Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair tech was awesome! He showed up at our house within an hour of receiving our call. He explained the issue and what he would do to fix it and worked diligently to make our repair. He is also a genuinely nice man too! Very happy with Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair.
To me, the sign of a great company is not just the install but the service in case something happens. They installed a new water heater, even helped reconstruct a new sub floor (above and beyond). The unit was defective out of the box not the fault of Precision Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. I called and they were on it immediately. Made sure I had an quick date for the replacement and made it happen fast! Not the cheapest but the best quality and most professional!
Excellent service. Called on Sunday & a technician came out at 10:15 am the next day. He took away the old water heater & installed the new one by 1 pm. He was knowledgeable & polite. My old one was leaning over & the bottom was rusting.
