Twice I've needed some help with small but important jobs and both times Precision came through. Incredibly fast to respond and set up an appointment quickly. It's nice to feel valued and prioritized for service, even for the little things. Easy to schedule, and as others have said world class communication. So happy we chose Charlie & his team at Precision! We had a few complicated situations that needed to be corrected. Charlie and his team were able to complete them all in timely manner. From correcting many plumbing concerns, adding new Kholer faucets in kitchen, and labretory, new shower head and working on our vintage 1930’s sink they finished all with 100% satisfaction. Definitely would recommend.
