Our pipe burst middle of the night so we reached out to Joe. He showed up in no time and did a full fix. Our basement is saved because of him. Strongly recommend
Joe and his crew installed a 3 stage whole house water filter and also did a major repipe involving my basement and first floor potable water lines. There were so many pieces to this project, but Joe and his crew handled all of them supremely well. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the craftsmanship on all the work. I am thrilled to now know a plumber like Joe that I can trust for future projects.
Called in morning with a leaking hot water heater and got a new one the same day. Great communication and very professional. Separately our AC condenser broke on a hot morning. They picked up new pieces day of and got it up and working the same day. Very responsive and reasonably priced.
Called Joe from Precision yesterday after he was recommended by a neighbor. He was quick and responsive, came out same day to help with our broken faucet and missing pressure reducer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered us good/better/best options to replace it, and then was texting me and my husband options of new faucets to make sure he replaced it with one that matched our kitchen style. We really appreciated it. He had everything back up and working super quickly. Super nice guy. Would definitely call him again.
