Joe with Precision Plumbing was great. What we thought was one small issue turned into multiple plumbing problems, and he handled all of it the same day without hesitation. As a mom with a toddler, that kind of reliability means everything. He showed up quickly, explained things clearly, and kept the pricing fair and reasonable. His crew was warm, respectful, and efficient and treated my home with care and left everything clean. I’m genuinely grateful and would absolutely recommend Joe and his team to anyone.
I came home Friday afternoon to a leak in my basement and immediately knew my pipes were clogged. Called Precision Plumbing (my go to company wasn’t answering) and got Joe. He was on a job but said he would fit me in which was amazing because we weren’t one of his customers. He rearranged his schedule and was at my house within an hour. Pipes were full of tree roots. Excellent experience with Precision Plumbing Solutions. They were recommended by my HOA and showed up very promptly. They fixed a water line leak in my basement and were very helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. Professional, nice, and very effective. Highly recommended!
Joe came out on a Saturday and fixed out loose toilet and replaced the wax ring in under an hour! We let the bathrooms cleaner than it was prior to doing the job and the cost was very reasonable for an emergency weekend night. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and will definitely be using them again.
I can’t say enough good things about Precision Plumbing Solutions. I called on Wednesday, and they were out the very next day (Thursday) and fixed the problem immediately. We had nearly two feet of snow in the backyard where they needed access, and without hesitation they shoveled their way to the spot and got right to work.
