This is the first time I have met Joseph Lafauci . He is professional and came right out to help us!! Explained every step he did and answered all my questions.I highly recommend!!!!
Joe removed our leaking hot water heater & replaced it with a new tank. He got right back to me & I could tell he was super knowledgeable; I really appreciated him moving his schedule around to make sure he could come the very next morning! He was neat & efficient. Highly recommend this hard worker.
Joe is awesome! Came out to fix a leak in the laundry room and had everything done and cleaned up in an hour and a half. Thorough, helpful, explained everything clearly, and went out of his way to consider little ears and nap time before using any power tools. Will definitely be calling again when we need a plumber in the future.

Joe installed both our kitchen and bathroom sinks and did a nice job overall. He was professional during the installation and even came back a few days later to clean up some excess putty around the kitchen sink, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, several months later we noticed a small leak in the kitchen sink due to the putty not being sealed quite right.
