Justin and Cody at Precision Plumbing were awesome to work with. Though our bathtub drain issue was minor, they identified the exact issue quickly and fixed it same day and helped us get up and running in our new home. They were timely and fairly priced. I hope I don't have to call a plumber again, but if an issue ever arises, I'll certainly call them. I keep their business card on my fridge, and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Justin came out and did a spectacular job on replacing my water heater the same day! He diagnosed the problem, got the new one, installed it and kept in good communication the whole time! I would recommend Precision Plumbing to anyone! Great Job!

The first time I used this company was during an emergency and they responded quickly and made recommendations on how to control the situation until they could come out the next morning. I had them out again most recently for preventive maintenance and they were quick, clean, and again wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.

Justin was awesome. I called 11 diff companies listed as servicing Athens, and only TWO called me back. Justin came quickly to give us an estimate, doing a thorough look at the job and sending in a written quote within a couple of days. Great company. Excellent communication and when the team arrived on site, they were able to complete the work in only 2 hours! Largest part of my bill was the parts and they made sure to explain to me my options and the positives/negatives of each choice. I highly recommend them for plumbing needs within the area.
