Precision Plumbing came out to fix a leaky T and 90 degree. The work was subpar at best. They left trash in and around the house and did not clean up any of the water that was in the pipes, allowing it to sit on the encapsulation material in the crawl space. Additionally, piping that should have been removed was just left hanging in the wall, as it was easier to leave it, then pull it out and seal the crawl space back up correctly. We do understand that there is a doggie door with a ramp leading to the garage. Our tech would not know if that was your animals or not. However, when you called to state our technician "let the dogs into your garage", on the video you yourself provided us, it clearly shows the dogs entering the property, the garage and the crawl space all on their own. Unprofessional and unacceptable workmanship by their emergency service tech. And the techs supervisor seemed to think that the work that had been done was acceptable because they were going to come back and replace it If I accepted their job quote.

A two way clean out needed to be installed regardless. Customer declined and had friend do it for them. A temporary patch was placed over the cast iron to hold them over until a proper clean out could be installed during normal working hours. We also returned and cleaned the same sewer at no extra charge due to it stopping up again. I have spoke to this customer and offered a ******* partial refund that we agreed upon and we meet her tomorrow to hand her the refund.
