Darren came to service our tankless water heater. He was very nice and friendly and did a great job! I am happy with the maintenance program offered.
Came within an hour of me calling. Technician was friendly and answered all my questions. Job was done efficiently.
The plumber was awesome. My problem was that he was originally scheduled for 2:00 to 4:00 but he didn't show up til after 6:00. In between I received 4 text messages, all including the threat that I would be charged $85 if I canceled the appointment. What about my time? What's that worth?
Darren did a beautiful job installing a new water heater. He arrived when he said he would, his work was clean and he was friendly and professional. Happy.
