i worked for this company(Precision Plastics) at their Crawfordsville In plant many years ago. First time in 1992 working in the injection molding area. Then again in 1997 right before they closed, i made print screens for satellite dish bezels. Great company IMO. They always took good care of me and paid me well with good benefits. But it was very hot hot work and people are too lazy for that today.

I was with this company for over 24 years. They were a good company to work for, for a few years until ESOP the employee stock ownership plan, where the employees had ownership of the plant. However they had no control or say in its operations. Over the years the management of it has gotten worse and worse, where employees were once congratulate on their work, they are now constantly reminded they must do better. Great supervisors on all three shifts. All have the knowledge to get the job done but upper management hinders them at every step. Nobody does business with them locally unless they pay up front. They wouldn't even give someone a company email because it would cost five dollars. Probably the best place in Whitley County to buy drugs though, so if that's your thing. Overall its your normal American factory job, it will pay your bills for the most part. Don't expect much.
