Daniel translated our dream ideas onto paper while accommodating the reality of building costs and practicalities. We were able to owner build our grand design extension with Daniel's calm and patience across the whole process. His creativity and experience was a huge help by max Thanks to the whole Precision Planning team for helping us transform our existing 3 bed cottage by joining it with a whole new modern kitchen, dining, living, powder room, butler's kitchen, walk in pantry and office with under stairs storage.

When choosing a Drafting and Design company it’s very difficult to find one that ticks all boxes. Fortunately for us we found Precision Planning to do just that. Engaged Precision Planning as building designer for a recent renovation, a complete remodelling of an apartment with significant site access issues. Plans reflected my desires perfectly and the process couldn't have been any easier, great result.

Daniel and Krystal have been excellent in taking our initial idea of renovating our 2bed Rozelle Terrace all the way through to the start of construction. The ability of them to guide us through the process and all the numerous people involved all whilst keeping costs to a fraction of what other Architects quoted. Daniel and Krystal managed to get our DA approved in about 2 months including amendments in the middle. Would use them again if we decide to do this again :)

We engaged PP for a pretty significant renovation which is about to kick off. From the outset Dan took the time to fully understand our requirements, and gave good insights as to what things would be important to consider in the years to come. We’re really happy with the final design and were glad they could help with getting the paperwork through council and liaising with the surveyor, structural engineer and landscape designer.
