I started with a trainer who the company had to let go abruptly. I initially was a little shocked and felt that this was an issue with management - but it has since become clear to me that (for various reasons) it was likely in the best interest of their clients. All in all, precision is a well managed gym with clean and well kept facilities. Their other trainers seem top notch - highly recommend!
I left a legitimate one star review over a valid customer service concern and the owner responded to it by berating me, reporting my review so that it is no longer visible to the public, then asking for five star reviews from former and current clients in order to bury the bad one before taking to instagram to threaten legal action. Because of a bad review of a true circumstance… that’s all I’m going to say. Please consider this before training here. Lacey helped me start my fitness journey and is awesome! She connected me with a trainer at her gym who helped me start my fitness journey. And whether I’m continuing with Precision or on a break Lacey has always been so kind and helpful with all things, especially nutrition! She truly is amazing at what she does and not to mention doing all of this as a mom of two and owning and running a business.
