I cannot recommend them enough!! Hands-down the best service I’ve ever had. My tire popped but I needed all new tires anyways so they overnighted the tires I needed, and once they arrived, they had me fixed up with an oil change and on the road all within an hour. Best customer service and they all seem to love their jobs!
The lady was rude and wanted me to wait 2 hours for a patch in my wheel and wanted to charge $47. Never have I heard that price for a patched hole. Got to coos bay, they did it under 30 min with no charge. They take advantage bc there’s no where else to go in this town. Good thing I was just passing by.
As a traveler, it is hard to find a garage that can squeeze you in. Not only did they take the time to help me, but the mechanic's work was really good. He methodically troubleshot the origin of my problem. I really felt like the team was dedicated to finding a solution while also being transparent about what was going on. The price was also fair. I can't recommend this place enough.
