Dawn and Mike were so great when my car was severely hail damaged, not only did they do a great job with the PDR they coordinated everything from filing the claim, coordinating to get the roof of my vehicle painted to scheduling my rental car and everything in between. Never been happier with any auto service! The owners made the whole process of getting auto body repair easy and with less expense than any place else would have charged. Nice clean shop, pride of ownership definitely makes the difference. They kept in touch via text and worked with my schedule as a night shift nurse, even bringing my car to me when it was done, just before my 5 pm shift so I didn't have to get up early and go pick the car up myself. They handled EVERYTHING, which made the entire hail repair process completely stress-free. Dawn and Mike were incredible to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent experience! We had a high roof sprinter van, which had hail damage that no other shop in town wanted to touch. Precision took the job on and did some fantastic work! They had great communication with us throughout the process and seamlessly worked with insurance. On top of that, they completed the repair faster than expected and went above and beyond by touching up a tiny paint chip in one of the dings. We would highly recommend.
