Precision PDR was fantastic to work with from day 1, got us in for an assessment within a few days and were extremely thorough and found dozens of things my insurance company failed to find. From beginning to end, communication was fantastic, service was great, and results were fantastic. If you find yourself in need of a professional shop for your repairs I strongly recommend the team at Precision PDR.
This is without a doubt the absolute BEST body repair shop EVER!!! My car looks showroom new! I was one of the later people to go and get my hail damage estimate from the August 1 hail storm that hit Cheyenne. I called many of the well known shops through out town and was told that they couldn't get me in for the second estimate, let alone repaired, until late September/October. The team at Precision PDR is the best in Cheyenne, 10/10 recommend to everyone I know. I have been taking my car to Caleb and Dawn after every hail storm. This year my car was almost totaled. Caleb accommodated my busy schedule, PDR handled everything with the Insurance Claim Adjuster, and had my car in and out of the shop under 48 hours. Could not ask for better quality care! My GMC seriously looks better than when I purchased it.
This place is amazing! Caleb was wonderful to work with. They got my vehicle in and out after the 8/1/25 hail storm and made the whole process with insurance super easy. My car looks great after!
