First impressions are great. Install went quickly, but left some minor wear/damage to street from moving pallets of stone. A run of pavers had to be removed and reinstalled and that left missing grout/sand in many places...many. Its been 5 month and $14752.00 dollars. The sand is still missing despite multiple texts and a couple of calls. Wish I could say something better, but I still have an unfinished job and no follow up from the company.
An appointment was made with Missy of Precision Pavers on the 28th of September for the next day at 2 PM. No one from Precision came to my home or called to advise that they would not be able to keep the appointment. I've read all the above glowing reviews but if one cannot or will not show for the appointment the only review I can give is one of disappointment that my time was wasted on an organization that cares little about their reputation and my time.
