I highly recommend Precision Parts & Battery. I have been a customer for years, and I can honestly say that my car is taken care of right, and the owner does not take advantage of me because I am a woman. The owner takes the time to check over my car, and charges me correctly. I really appreciate that especially at times like this when our dollars are the bottom line.

Wanted my breaks done. Paid $700 dollars on rotors and pads. Now my anti skid and anti brake lights are on all the time and not working. He will not look at it to fix the problem. Looks like I'm going to Kia to fix his work.. I will never go back there. Very rude and not willing to help.. No warranty or paperwork after repairs.
