Very disorganized. Something as simple as a LTB issue (which half way through, they decided they don't do any more, I should be thankful for that) got dragged on because of incompetence. Everytime one paralegal messed something up, they would change the paralegal on file. Of course I got billed for the time it took me to explain to the new paralegal the details of my case and where the previous paralegal went wrong to avoid the same mistake.
