Horrific experience. Took a deposit for 50% of a flooring job ( even though he manages a painting company) and never returned our money for THOUSANDS of dollars. Never even purchased the agreed upon product so should be a simple refund, right? So here comes the excuses, the empty promises, sending imaginary checks in the mail and stopped communicating with us.
