Expectations could’ve been set better with the crew, just led to a disappointing experience with the job as it was quoted.
The work was done quickly and was of very high quality. I would definitely use them again.
I had them come in the off season to do some painting. They did not disclose that they are majority sub-contractor oriented. The first issue was the quote in the contract was $100 more than the verbal estimate. Included was the estimate of painting materials, but that obviously wasn't the case because I received a bill for those after I finished paying them. So a $700 job ended up costing nearly $1000. Precision Painting Plus of New Haven was great to work with. Always kept in contact with me and answered my questions promptly. Hector who painted was an absolute pleasure. So neat and courteous. Highly recommend them and would use them again. Prices are very reasonable too.
