Issues with communication to start the project which delayed it severely costing us more money on another project and then more communication issues during the project with their subcontractor which caused us to lose a whole day- then they tried to paint in a room with no light in the evening so needless to say, we had fixing to do, while they did offer to do the repairs after all the chaos we declined since a 2-3 day project took almost a week once started, we needed to fix it ourselves and move on
