Did my research, checked other companies, even talked to the guys at the paint store -- hired Chad's Precision Painting to repair irregular creases and seams in our drywall, plus paint the interior. A team of two (David and Daniel) worked diligently, showed up on time every day, and really DID treat the house like it was their own! I only wish I'd taken more before and after pictures because the difference is incredible! I've always been wary of painters, since it's difficult to determine quality before embarking on a project. There's nothing more upsetting than seeing a poor paint job on the walls of your home. A neighbor recommended Precision Painting. Precision's crew did an excellent job. They painted two 3,000 sq ft interior paint jobs for me. Top-notch work. They took halogen lights all around the walls to repair any imperfections before priming and painting. Turned out excellent. I highly suggest contacting Chad and using Precision painting!!

Precision Painting spent weeks prepping and painting the exterior stucco, wood trim and windows of our vintage home project. They paid attention to every single detail and worked very hard while paying close attention to safety issues, sometimes on high ladders. Their experienced staff was talented with colors and different techniques, etc. They were professional, friendly and showed up on time every day, leaving a spotless job site nightly. We are beyond pleased.
