This place is a complete ripoff. They completely ruined my car and kept it for months after the insurance company paid them up front. You've been warned.

I would like to give an update in regards to my recent review. One of my vehicles ended up being a total loss because of this so called place of business. The owner Melvin allowed his nephew to pick up my vehicle from a shop where they fixed some work that Precision did not fix in the first place from the insurance. His nephew did not have a license, I had a tracking on my vehicle at the time and I seen he was driving my car for more than 5 hours. Still going through the horrible experience with this shop. My car was hit on March 31st. On April 9th it was picked up from my house and driven to the shop on Iris. I went out of town the following week for work. While out of town, I received numerous calls that I would need to call them asap. When I called them I was told that they could not start repairs until I bring in the check I received from the insurance company because it was a new policy.
