My overall experience has led me to conclude that I will not be returning. From day one, the customer service was unwelcoming, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. DONT TRUST THEM!!! GET YOUR CAR FIXED ELSEWHERE!!! PLEASE!!!!! These people are not going to follow through with your repairs!!! I've sent my car in to get repaired over a year ago I got it back half fixed. They did a terrible paint job didn't replace wiring didn't bolt on my exhaust, didn't repair wheel hub ran me in circles said they will fix it on week and then act clueless! Terrible service. Put wrong bumper on truck. And got inside of lift gate hanging. Signed off on work saying my truck was repaired and once I noticed bumper was sticking out and inside of lift gate, I was giving another estimate higher after company had signed off with them for my repairs. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with precision. Real shady deal. Saying they do hundreds of cars a week. Well why do you take from people them. No good will come out of taking from people.
