Our service tech ( Justin ) showed up on time and explained our options and costs. We made our decision and he immediately went to work. The work was completely in a timely manner, and everything was explained thoroughly. He even cleaned up after the work was done. Would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Company for all you garage door needs.
After being taken advantage of in the past by an unscrupulous independent, I was extremely pleased with everything about precision, from the scheduler to the technician. He was very professional and did not replace any parts that did not need replacing. The charge was very fair, less than half for the same spring service (and the other fellow used the wrong part), and said the rollers were fine, which the other guy wanted to replace for $600.
I had an automatic garage door opener replaced by this company. No problems. However when the lightbulb went out after six months I couldn’t figure out how to replace it. I decided to call the company and ask. A very rude woman answered the phone .I told her I was 73 yr old (alone).. female …The woman on the line was very rude and told me that would be an $89 charge to come to the house!! Wha???!!!
