Alex was polite and replaced both springs within 20 minutes. He did not try and upsell me on a new opener but reminded me it was at least 25 years old. When it dies go, I will definitely want him back.
The Installation and Service was excellent. My new garage door looks wonderful. The two technicians were fast and diligent in their work. Julian is a very knowledgeable person who explained the processes of the installation to me easily during the service, he even pointed out some damage on the door from the shipping from the manufacturer, you can tell how much he cares about his work just talking to him. Would recommend .

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. Our automatic garage door stopped working suddenly in the morning and we placed an emergency call for service. The call was handled very professionally and a service technician, Leonardo, came to our home after a relatively short wait. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
