We got off to a bumpy start - too many text messages,, calls and emails for a consulttion and they still didn't get the booking right BUT...once the technician, Alex, arrived he was great. I had a wierd issue with my garage ceiling being very low and the motor being too far forward but not movable and we couldn't open the garage door all the way. Technician Jeff Barrales did an exemplary, professional, meticulous and efficient job in repairing my garage door mechanism. I greatly appreciated the communication he had with me via both telephone and text (including a photograph of himself) so I would be able to identify him and not worry.
