The technician David C. Was able to replace the broken cable and make a few adjustments to get my door working again. Price I felt was far and it was same day service. David was polite and informative, I will use them again in the future.
It was very expensive for my door adjustment. $545 . However I have been dealing with my door coming off the tracks and not opening. I think they are expensive but the technician was great and my door on my new build works perfectly, i also have a 1 year warranty. I will still try to fix things on my own . However I will say if you can't get it working on you own, they know what they are doing and will fix it. I would highly recommend them
My tech, David, was really great to work with. Kept me informed the entire way through, ran into some issues with my space, but he figured it all out. Very happy with my opener and service
