Had a new garage door opener malfunction. Called Precision and they was able to book an appointment online seamlessly. Communication with them was easy through text. Also had plenty of notice about ETA so I didn't have to wait around. The technician that arrived, Lewis, was friendly and explained his diagnosis. At first he tried to fix the old one by replacing the motherboard but when that didn't work, he offered to replace the entire garage head at the same price after getting management approval.
