We called Precision Overhead late yesterday afternoon and an appointment was made for the following day. Our garage door went off the track and would not close. John Fusco came promptly and did the repair quickly. We had some upgrades done since the doors and openers are over 10 years old. We are very satisfied with both the work and the professionalism of the technician. We will definitely use this company again if there are future problems.
Israel was knowledgeable and presented me several options. I chose the option that made the most sense at the time. He completed the job quickly and so far solved the problem I had. Very happy with his work.
I found Precision via Google when my previous garage door servicer didn’t answer the phone. The response was so fast it was almost unbelievable. I called at 11:05am and they promised a technician between 12:00pm-4:00pm on the same day! I was kept in the loop about my technician and his ETA, and he arrived within the promised time window.
