Great prompt polite and professional servicr
Strong work. Julian is a friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working technician. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then walked me through ways to extend the service life of the equipment.
The service is very good. It just costs more than I thought. The guy replaced 2 broken springs and 2 end bearings, $1000. I think it is overcharged. If the price is more reasonable I would recommend the service to my friend. Anyway thank you for fixing my garage on the weekend. Thank you.

Editing my original review below. Since initial review 10-11 mos ago, I have had multiple issues with my garage door. Precision is quick to come out but hasn’t permanently resolved the issue of the door not opening every few months and cannot explain the issue. Unfortunately I recommended them to a family member and they also had follow-up issues and had to have additional parts replaced that should have been replaced at the time of the original work which would have been more cost-effective.
