The tech was outstanding.
I'm now into this company for 2400 dollars for new springs and a motor. After 10 days, the door wouldn't open. Another tech came out , only to tell me the springs installed were wrong. Another 400 dollars and the new motor was replaced. I had a technician from a different company tell me that the motor installed was not strong enough for my garage door and I will most likely have problems again. I feel ripped off. I keep my car parked outside now, because I'm afraid the motor will fail again.
The service was friendly. Described the issues well and only sold znd installed what i needed.
