Terrible company. Scheduled to have them come out and look at my garage door thats not opening. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up at 2pm. I get a text about my technician, but no arrival. At around 4pm I get an email asking for a review, and an invoiced signed in my name that’s not me. I call the first time to see what happened, and get a “I’ll have the technician call you”.
