Precision Garage Door has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The level of incompetence and lack of understanding of the permitting process is unbelievable. They pulled the WRONG permit for my garage door project and now I’m left dealing with the mess and delays because of their mistakes. After speaking directly with the Development Services Department, I was informed that the permit they pulled was incorrect from the beginning. I originally called at least six different companies seeking a quote for a replacement garage door. By far Precision was the most professional ,offered more of a selection than its competitors. The ordering to install happened much quicker than what I was told which of course was a good thing. The installers Sherman and Grant ( Very Professional) showed up on time and finished the job in a matter of hours. Our new door looks amazing and I thank the precision team for a job well done.
