BEWARE! Shady business practices. Called Precision for a garage door issue. The tech briefly inspected it before claiming I needed new bearings, cables, rollers, drums, and even a new motor—totaling $3,139. My motor has worked for years, and none of these parts needed replacing. When I mentioned getting a second opinion the price suddenly dropped to a couple hundred dollars, and the boss aggressively tried to talk me out of hiring someone else.
