They came next day, walked us through the problem and solutions, didnt pressure us to choose costly options and installed the whole thing that day! Our tech was so nice.
I called with an emergency in the late afternoon and they came later that evening. Zach, the tech, was great. He continued the job first thing in the morning and did a thorough and terrific job. We went with another company just before to save money. We went back to Precision and will not leave again!
