The spring on my garage door broke late on a Friday. I called Precision and they were able to schedule the repair for the very next morning (Saturday). The tech, Isak Zenkic was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. After looking at the garage door, he came up with a quote for the replacement parts & labor with additional items that were optional. He explained everything to me.
