My technician, Dana, was great. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, taught me to program my remote and installed a new keyless entry pad. He was very professional and efficient.
5 stars on quick response, excellent communications and the maintenance person arrive spot on time. They did seem pretty expensive but I needed the repairs to the garage doors right away so no chance to compare prices so not sure if they were any different than others in this area. Was impressed with the positives noted above.
