They were so bad that I had to go to a different dentist to fix what they did.
I had good things to say about them up until today. Rude, talking over me as if I’m not there and the dental assistant “in charge” said “o we’re not fixing that”, then proceeded to tell me how to eat with braces…um mam nice to meet you too: I’ve had these braces on for a year and a half and I’ve had ONE bracket loose. Im not one that continuously has to have a repair. I pay over $200.00 out of my pocket a month, I’m allowed to receive the services I pay for, and I was told repairs were included. Kind, quick, and informative. Was a great experience. It was clean the decorations are cute and the invorment is welcoming.
The entire experience from reception to the consultation room. Dr Hutton is personable and fabulous!
Staff is always kind and helpful. Been going here for 5 years now. Always works with us and gets us in ASAP for treatment or any issues. Also like the swag they have for us.
