Since zero stars isn’t an option, I’ll settle on one. This office is the absolute WORST. So unprofessional and unfriendly. Will definitely not be bringing my other kids here!
Had issues with everything. Both my daughters ended up right back in braces with a different Orthodontist! My oldest daughters retainer didn't fit correctly and they didn't fix it, she also got her braces off too early and the new Orthodontist had to put them back on the bottom. They had issues splitting payments between myself and their father. They went after me for his half and took over a year to even try to reach out to him.
