The lady at the front desk is so sweet! My daughter was really scared but now she is ready. She is the best !
The assistant broke a bracket off my daughter tooth and didn’t own what she did. The doctor belittled my daughter for The bracket and refused to put one back on. I’ve been calling for a month and am getting no where. Her tooth has now moved. I’ve spoke with the practice manager who told me this is an on going issue with the doctor at Strongsville and gave the name Of her boss Becky who I have left 2 msg with staff and she has not called me back. DO NOT take your children here.
How do I start this new Dr Lucas McGuire always late my daughter appointment was scheduled for 930 Dr walked through the doors an hour later joking around, like my child, didn’t have to go to school and I didn’t have to go to work I just don’t get it. They change doctors more than anywhere I’ve ever been I don’t recommend
