Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs I hired Precision Ornamental to install an electric gate, and it has been nothing but a headache. From the beginning, the gate didn't function properly it either won’t open, gets stuck, or completely stops working for no reason. I reached out multiple times for help, because it has no power. They did a fantastic job on my gate. It takes a while to get your order in once they give you the estimate, but it was well worth the wait, especially since the pricing is very good. I just wanted a very simple, full privacy gate, no extras, no designs, no frills, and that's exactly what I got. I'm having them come back to do the larger gate on the other side of my house once I have the money for that project.
11-27-24 In response to Precision Ornamental Welding's response to my review: It is in fact your company as I have posted a copy here of your estimate I signed/approved. Check your records. Completed on 7-22-24, estimate #3063. I also have saved texts from Jerrod (when he decided to respond to me) who was the guy, and the owner I believe, that came out initially and which made many false promises.
