Precision off-road was awesome They took care of my truck They gave me an alignment That was spot on I came to them with several problems my truck had some issues I just bought it I did not realize all these things were broken thank you guys it drives like a new truck now I feel safe driving it
Follow-up: I received a call from the same manager in response to my review. No argument, he was apologetic. Here's the rub. I didn't leave my number today. I left it when I made the appointment. So, he couldn't call to tell me his employee goofed. That way I wouldn't waste the time I took off work. Nope, he couldn't do that but he could call to apologize for my leaving a truthful review. Great experience start to finish
Very clean and organized Shop. There were prompt and Professional had my truck done exactly when they said they would for the price They said they would ! I would highly recommend them for any off-road or suspension work which is what I had done. I had airbags installed and I’m going back to have performance modifications done to my RAM Diesel motor.
Great customer service. I bought wheels and tires from another shop and had an issue with one tire with only a couple hundred miles on them. The other shop said there wasn’t much they could do. Jay stepped up and called the manufacturer and was able to get the tire warranty and replaced the tire for me. They definitely have my future business and everyone I come in contact with.
