I had my Ford Super Duty lifted . I was going to do a leveling kit and had always gone with lower quality lifts in the past. Jay at the front desk really knows his parts. He helped me pick a much higher quality lift- BDS 4 inch, with Fox coil overs and reservoirs. The truck rides better than it did when it was stock. Additionally, I would have picked a much lower quality wheel and wouldn't have known about the pay load and potential to warp later in a bigger, heavier truck. Precision off-road was awesome They took care of my truck They gave me an alignment That was spot on I came to them with several problems my truck had some issues I just bought it I did not realize all these things were broken thank you guys it drives like a new truck now I feel safe driving it
Follow-up: I received a call from the same manager in response to my review. No argument, he was apologetic. Here's the rub. I didn't leave my number today. I left it when I made the appointment. So, he couldn't call to tell me his employee goofed. That way I wouldn't waste the time I took off work. Nope, he couldn't do that but he could call to apologize for my leaving a truthful review.
