Cassandra is absolutely the nastiest receptionist I have ever encountered. I asked to speak to the office manager in regard to seeing if they could squeeze me in considering my hour drive to get to this appointment. Not only did she give me the most unprofessional attitude, but no office manager was ever called and had me waiting for 30 minutes. Can’t believe they hire disgusting people like this. Never coming back here.
I had a frustrating experience during my dad’s appointment at the clinic. When we arrived, the registration desk had no record of his appointment or the required tests. I explained that this was a scheduled visit and everything should have been prepared in advance. The staff member mentioned that she often has issues with the VA not sending paperwork, but I reiterated that since this was a confirmed appointment, it should have been sorted out beforehand.
