I contacted Precision to have my riding lawn mower serviced. I was happy that pick and delivery was an option. I wouldn't have been able to get it there and back on my own. I appreciate the care that was taken and that John explained the operation of the mower. I haven't mowed the lawn in years as that was something my husband did for us. THANK YOU. At least for now, it's going to help me cut my grass without hiring someone else.

Third time here, excellent! John fixed my Snowblower, mower, and today my gas powered generator. John only does what you absolutely need fixed. No ups no extras. Don’t take anything with an engine anywhere else. John can fix anything! And he’s a small business owner operator.

John from Precision Mower Repair fixed 2 of my riding mowers (one John Deere and one Cub Cadet) and it took less than one week for it to be done. He picked up both and returned both fixed within one week. Highly recommend him if you need lawn mower repair service.

Based on previous reviews, I texted John to help diagnose a Chipper Shredder that wouldn't start. John responded that day and was there the next morning to pick up the machine, along with a gas generator that hadn't been used since Sandy. Within a week, John had diagnosed the issue, tuned up both machines, and returned them to my garage. The chipper is running better than fresh out of the box, and he saved me from having to get rid of the generator. John has great customer service and is super professional. Miraculously, our mower came back to life and I delayed our servicing appointment right as he was pulling up to our house to pick it up. He was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you John, I will definitely come to you for future servicing.
