Great gym and great people.
My daughter started at Precision as a means to stay active while not doing a winter sport. From day one, she was welcomed with open arms. The support shown by her CrossFit family is like no other. I’ve noticed more confidence and general enthusiasm over fitness and what she is able to do. She loves ‘max days’ in PE to show her strength and I know that is because of what she has learned at CrossFit.
Pat, Ashley, and all the coaches at Precision Movement care about your goals, physical health, and mental heath. They strive to form an environment that everybody can come and be apart of. Personally, I have found myself gaining more strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have always loved to worked out in some way, but they make it easy. Our favorite place! It is family oriented which makes it much easier to fit into daily life! The coaches are amazing. The gym I'd clean and has everything you need! I wish I would have started sooner.
